This option gives a selection of cuts perfect for the barbeque, the slow-cooker, or your slow oven.

Available to collect from the farm at Bamboo Park near Coolum Beach, or from a butcher in Brisbane, Bundaberg, Rockhampton, South Burnett, and locations on the Sunshine Coast.

Approximately 10-12kg* of pasture-raised free-range Bamboo Park Pork Cuts including chops, hock, jowl (can be cured, slow cooked, or used just like belly pork); leg roast (bone out, rolled), shoulder (bone in, skin off), USA-style ribs.

Collection dates are currently mid December. Occasionally collection dates can change due to circumstances out of our control. If there is a change to your collection date we will endeavour to give you ample notice.
