$200 deposit to secure your pig.
*A whole pig will usually weigh 50 to 60kg hanging weight (occasionally more), with a final cost to you of around $650. Hanging weights will always vary, as we are producing pigs under natural growing conditions.
You will receive approximately 40 kg of dressed pork from a whole pig. That means the free range pork going into your freezer can average out at just $16.50 per kilo.
Available to collect from the farm at Bamboo Park near Coolum Beach, or from a butcher in Brisbane, Bundaberg, Rockhampton, South Burnett, and locations on the Sunshine Coast.

Pasture-raised free-range Bamboo Park Pork Cuts including chops, hock, jowl (can be cured, slow cooked, or used just like belly pork); leg roast (bone out, rolled), mince (if available*), picnic roast, rack roast, shoulder (bone in, skin off), spare ribs, sausages, USA-style ribs.

Collection dates are currently mid December. Occasionally collection dates can change due to circumstances out of our control. If there is a change to your collection date we will endeavour to give you ample notice.
